2009 Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival Winner
On Sunday, August 30, 2009 Don't Panic Hispanic participated in the 19th Annual Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival. It was our first time to participate in the festival and the experience was great. We got the opportunity to share our salsa with thousands of people and sold out of product before the festival was over. To top it off we walked away winning 1st place in the People Choice category; as well as, receiving honorable mention in the judged category! We would like to thank our friends and family for helping us prepare for and man the booth, and a big thanks to all the festival goers who tasted our salsa.
